• Consumer Benefits (Cashback Voucher - Special method for paying KPR with 5% DP if the DP is paid by the Developer (DP Bonus) - Period 01 to 31 March 2026): can be claimed after BAST for the residential unit in the form of a transfer.
• Consumer Benefits (Cashback Voucher - in addition to the 5% DP KPR payment method (DP Bonus)): handed over after the SP is signed by the consumer with its use adjusted: payment deducted for the payment method
Supercash, used for down payment/installments for the gradual cash payment method and transferred for the mortgage payment method.
